i am the user of pavilion laptop and got a issue in  my laptop it gets automatically scroll down and after several refresh it gets proper this situation gets repeated i am helpless now even i contacted hp support they said to reinstalled and reset the windows and i had done and done hardware tests as well of keyboard, mouse  and also done upgradeing drivers but nothing get resolve i need solution if any1 knows pls reply thank u
