Hi,
Can you provide the exact model or product number

What do you mean it is falling off?
Is the whole top cover coming off?
Can you post a picture?
Let us know,
David

I have the same problem,
overtime the clips attaching the key cap to the switches (buttons) have worn away
I have since lost my tab key, my caps lock only has one clip left and my mute button is constantly falling off.
My keyboard functionality has also been lost on some keys. My T, R, Y, Brightness up and mute key don't do anything most of the time, and i would have to press them around 5-6 times for them to work.
I cannot get any support from HP repairs as my warranty expired about a month before all of this started happening.

Hi,
I am sorry for the late response
I believe it is a HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-dh1xxx
I have again contacted HP but warranty is a big issue for the lack of available repairers in the area
Thanks again
