Firstly, I have noticed that one of the buttons on my laptop keyboard has become bent due to a heat-related problem. The button appears to have warped over time, and it now affects the functionality of the key. This issue has made typing difficult and hampers my overall productivity.
In addition, I have observed that the speaker on the left side of my laptop is producing crackling sounds. Even at moderate volume levels, the crackling noise persists and affects my audio experience. I believe this issue may be due to a manufacturing defect or internal component malfunction
Since my laptop is still under warranty, I kindly request your assistance in resolving these issues promptly. I would appreciate it if you could arrange for a repair or replacement of the bent button and the malfunctioning speaker. I am ready to provide any additional information or documentation that may be required to facilitate the warranty claim process.

Hi @tejas112,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If the keyboard button on your HP Pavilion 14 laptop is bent, it is unlikely to be caused directly by the heat produced by the laptop. The keyboard buttons are generally made of plastic and are designed to withstand normal operating temperatures without bending or warping.
There could be several reasons for a keyboard button to become bent or damaged.
Physical force or pressure: Accidental or excessive force applied to the keyboard button can cause it to bend or break.
Mishandling: If the laptop was dropped or mishandled, it could result in damage to the keyboard button.
Manufacturing defect: In some cases, there may be a defect in the keyboard button itself, causing it to bend or deform over time.
To resolve the issue, you can try the following steps.
Gently try to straighten the bent button using your fingertips. Be careful not to apply too much pressure or force, as it may cause further damage.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
