Hi! @mdsaiyadjimmy,
Is the SSD getting listed on the BIOS page?
Yes, the laptop is compatible with SSD's. However, the product has been tested and trialled only with the following parts below.
I have checked the specifications of your laptop and found few supported SSD for your PC.
1-TB, 5400-rpm, 2.5-inch 778192-005
750 GB, 5400 rpm, 2.5 inch 778190-005
500-GB, 5400-rpm, 7-mm 778186-005
Refer the laptop user guide to know more information. Click Here
Note: Refer to page 19 for more information.
Also, the laptop should support the form factor, if you are installing an SSD the size can vary, so you need to use a hard drive caddy to install the SSD.
I would suggest running a hard drive test from F2 and check if the hard drive is functioning correctly.
Refer this article to know more information about running system diagnostics test on the PC. Click Here
Hope to this answers your query!
Have a great day! 🙂

Thanks for writing back to us.
Is the SSD getting listed on the BIOS page?
As I mentioned in my previous post, the laptop should support 256GB SSD.
However, there can be a lot of reasons why the SSD is not functioning.
It could be a form factory issue or it could be an SSD issue.
If the SSD is listed on the BIOS page, try running a hard drive test and check for the functionality of the hard drive.
Hope to hear from you soon!
Take Care!
