Hello Frozze93.

60 degrees Celsius is definitely not overheating. Anyways, if your fans are spinning while in BIOS settings, that means that there's no problem with the fans themselves. When in BIOS, the processor isn't taking advantage of any power savings or lower-power states, therefore it's heating up. So, it's normal for your fans to work a lot. When you boot into Windows, the CPU is put in several idle states when not used. You can turn on the BIOS setting that enables the fan so that it is always ON when the laptop is plugged in. You also have to do some testing (stress-test) to see if the fans actually stand still even when you're pushing your CPU hard. This can be done either by gaming or with third-party programs. I use Throttlestop's included TSbench stress-test, so I can see the exact temperatures at which the fan comes on.

De rien, but I haven't done anything (yet).

Mon ami, this is not a logical fan profile. No way that the fans are supposed to come on after 90C. Either some sensor isn't working correctly, or Windows11 is messing with something. What is the history of this machine? Did you upgrade something? Hardware, software, Windows10->11?

Évidemment, there is a third party tool that can control the fans on HP laptops, it's called notebook fan control, but it's quite a difficult task getting it set up correctly. Here is a post with the necessary information: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Business-Notebooks/HP-G9-Firefly-LOUD-FAN-almost-always-running/m-p/84... The second and last part of the post are the ones that interest you. Someone has already uploaded the correct fan profile for the zbook fury 15 g7 so you're all set up in that respect.
