The battery on my laptop used to last for a few hours, but now suddenly it starts decreasing at a very fast rate like it drops 1% every 10-15 seconds, it also charges very quickly. This issue started a few days ago, but I wasnt certain when since I always use my laptop while it's charging at home. and I've tried to follow some guides online, but either I don't understand or it just doesn't work. some tutorials told me to make a battery and energy report files using cmd software, and so I'll be sharing those. I'm not sure, but according to the battery report file, I think the issue started on the 28th of December last year. One tutorial also suggested to try going to the bios screen and see if battery depletion is normal there, so I tried that today but the battery still depleted incredibly fast, i was also testing some other things out, when my battery suddenly instantly went from 50-0% in a second. Im guessing all of this is enough proof that the battery is dead, but hoping otherwise so i made this post.

Images you posted are illegible. How old is the battery and the laptop? Have you run the battery diagnostic in HP Support Assistant? The advanced output of that test will tell us how many cycles have been consumed and how much power each cell can still store. 90+% of the time issues as you describe are fixed by replacing the battery.
