The diagnostic report you posted says HP suggests you replace the failing drive.
Your service manual on pages 1 - 2 states your model supports M.2 NVMe SSDs.
You can replace the failing 1 TB hard drive with an M.2 NVMe SSD of your preferred size, for example something like this.
If you are still able to boot into Windows, save your personal data to a usb flash drive or external hard drive ASAP.
Hard drive removal procedures are on page 36 of the manual. M.2 SSD installation procedures are on page 41.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
