Hi @fightingterp197,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you are experiencing two separate issues: your HP ENVY Photo 7155 printer not printing in color and your browser not remembering your user IDs and passwords. Let's tackle them one by one.
HP ENVY Photo 7155 Printer Not Printing in Color
Check Ink Cartridges:
- Make sure the color ink cartridges are properly installed and have enough ink. Replace any empty or low cartridges.
Print Head Cleaning:
- Run the print head cleaning utility from the printer’s control panel or through the HP Smart app on your computer.
Print Settings:
- Ensure that the print settings on your computer are set to print in color.
- Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
- Right-click on your HP ENVY Photo 7155 and select Printing Preferences.
- Make sure Color is selected under the Paper/Quality or Color tab.
Printer Driver Update:
- Make sure your printer drivers are up to date. You can download the latest drivers from the HP Support website.
Reset the Printer:
- Sometimes, resetting the printer can solve issues. Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for about a minute, then plug it back in and turn it on.
Websites Not Remembering User IDs and Passwords
Browser Settings:
- Ensure that your browser is set to save passwords and form data.
- For Chrome: Go to Settings > Autofill > Passwords. Make sure Offer to save passwords is turned on.
- For Firefox: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Logins and Passwords. Make sure Ask to save logins and passwords for websites is checked.
- For Edge: Go to Settings > Profiles > Passwords. Make sure Offer to save passwords is turned on.
Clear Cache and Cookies:
- Sometimes, clearing your browser's cache and cookies can resolve issues with saved passwords.
- For Chrome, Firefox, and Edge, you can usually find this under Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear Browsing Data.
Browser Extensions:
- Disable any browser extensions that might interfere with password saving. Sometimes extensions like ad blockers or privacy tools can prevent passwords from being saved.
Sync Settings:
- Ensure that your browser's sync settings are turned on if you're using browser accounts to sync passwords across devices.
