Hi @ronnnnny

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Let's begin by check if the "Pinch Zoom" is enabled or not -

1) Right click on the start or windows icon and click on "Settings".

2) Click on "Devices" and then click on "Touchpad" from the left side of the window.

3) Look for "Scroll and Zoom". Ensure the options "Pinch to zoom" has a check mark.

If the issue still persists, try re-installing the driver -

1) Right click on the start or Windows icon and open the "Device Manager".
2) Expand the "Mice and other pointing devices".
3) Right click on the "Synaptics TouchPad".
4) Click on uninstall and restart the computer.

5) Download the Touchpad driver from this link.
