My Victus out of order . And it seems like problems with motherboard IC. Two repair peopels said the same thing about its being impossible to find problems underneath some layers in the motherboard without a schematic diagram. (Those were very skilled technicians with micro soldering and stuff) Hp don't publish them diagrams so you guys know anywhere I can find it?  

My laptop out of order last six months, i had purchased on  SEPT-22. Kindly help me on priorty basis.

Thankyou by providing technical manual,  the problem is still not resolved , repair peoples said the same thing about its being impossible to find problems underneath some layers in the motherboard without a schematic diagram.
 
Kindly provide the motherboard  schematic diagram or any other document  or link  or video explain the unboxing of motherboard.

I understand how frustrating it must be to have your laptop out of order for six months, and I appreciate your patience while trying to find a solution. I can see that you've already consulted experienced technicians who mentioned the need for a schematic diagram.

 

Unfortunately, HP does not publish motherboard schematic diagrams, as these are proprietary and not available for public distribution. I understand that this may not be the answer you're hoping for, but for repairs beyond standard troubleshooting, HP recommends reaching out to authorized service providers. They have the tools and documentation necessary to diagnose and repair issues at a deeper hardware level.
