need a replacement keyboard ribbon connector

Of course this piece of work is so **bleep** delicate that it has to break midway between ann easy fix and conclusion . . .

I am looking for the piece that fits in the connector part on the Motherboard that snaps down onto the keyboard ribbon when placing the ribbon into the connector...(usually black in color)
