Your notebook is over 10 years old and HP reports the part has been discontinued by the manufacturer.

I recommend you either do a search by the HP 728460-001 battery part number on Amazon and find a compatible aftermarket battery that references that part number, or contact one of HP's authorized parts suppliers who do business in India and see if they can find a suitable battery for your notebook.
