Product: HP Chromebook - 14a-na0080nr
Operating System: Chrome OS

Chromebook 14a na0080nr.  Power adapter will not charge unit:  no led light when plugged in, battery indicator will not show charging on desktop.  Battery info on unit shows that the battery is operating correctly.  I have done the troubleshooting that hp and the internet offers.

Does anyone know the correct power adapter I can buy and where?  The chromebook is fairly new and does not have any other problems.  I have looked up various websites, but am unsure of which adapter would fit, since they do not identify my chromebook model number in the description.

Your Service Guide on page 22 calls for AC adapter, USB Type-C (45 W, nPFC, 1.8 m [6.0 ft]) HP part L43407-001 

 

I see it available online for under $20 US.
