Envy laptop 360 under warranty
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Over an hr and headache later I cannot even get on the line to wait for a technical support person. My laptop is under warranty and I need the cord replaced. Or maybe the port is bad.It just stopped working. I am able to charge it using the usb C port. After verifying the warranty, the virtual chat wont accept my details.  It's unable to put me on line to see an agent. It keeps saying something is wrong in the form. Any help?
