I ordered this Zbook Power Laptop from Amazon UK for a work contract. The item was delivered from a German seller promptly, but my contract was delayed by 1month, so I didn't open the package until I had to visit the workplace for security to be added to it. Once opened I discovered the keyboard was German layout, not UK, and so not really suitable for use, but it had passed the 30 day return date. There was no mention of the German keyboard layout in the Amazon description. I have contacted the seller to ask for a refund, who told me that they will not accept a return, but might assist if I got a quote from HP to get a UK keyboard fitted.
Can anyone suggest (a) the legality of this, and (b) if this is my only solution, who I should contact in HP to try and organise this?

Hi @ScoBu71
you will need to contact an HP Service Center to get a quote on the keyboard repalcement. We can't answer your question because the forum does not provide that service.

I can understand your frustration.
QWERTZ keyboards are difficult to use for English speaking/writing touch typists.
