The parts list for your notebook indicates that it comes with a Ralink RT5390 Wi-Fi adapter.
The card usually does not work on the newer builds of W10, but for what it is worth, below is the link to the only W10 driver that was released to HP for that model Wi-Fi adapter:
MediaTek (Ralink) Wireless LAN Adapter Driver
5.0.57.0
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71571.exe
If you can't get the Wi-Fi adapter to work with that driver, your only option would be to use a USB Wi-Fi adapter to connect wirelessly.
The notebook has a BIOS whitelist which blocks the installation of any other model internal Wi-Fi card from working.

i got a different one but with the same speed 600 mbps although i found out i was suppose to disable “windows can turn off device” option and now it stays on
although it looks like i broke the wifi card reader inside my notebook

I suppose you could physically remove the Ralink wifi card from inside the notebook.
Just make sure you insulate the metal antenna connectors with something (electrical tape, etc.), so they don't touch anything metal inside the notebook.

Windows 10 should have automatically installed the HP Bluetooth module.
The W7 driver may not work, but you can try it.
