Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Trying to setup but unable to read the keys.   Please help .  This is an expensive laptop and the thought of working on something i cannot read is not encouraging

I understand the issue -- but realistically, what do expect US to do about this?

 

We have no other keys that we could send you for this, and if you replaced the keyboard, you would continue to have the same issue?

 

The only thing I can suggest is to print off adhesive labels with larger lettering, cut them to size, and stick them on the keys.

Turned off the backlight and now able to read the keys
