Windows updated installed "INTEL driver update for Mobile 5th Generation Intel(R) Core(TM USB xHCI controller - 9CB!" and now I have no USB driver in device manager. I have tried HP update and windows update. At one point in device manager is shpw under "other device" as "universal Serial Bus (USB) controller". Then double clicking on it and it says that the divers for this device are not installed. Clicking on "update driver" and it finds nothing. Then directs me to windows update that says it installs the driver again = reboot and still nothing. I have done this a few times and still no USB drivers at all. The USB ports have power, but nothing works. Ugh - help please
