I started facing BSOD followed by following error
Boot Device Not Found
Pleas install an operating system on you hard disk.
Hard disk (3F0)
F2 System Diagnostics
Device Details:
Hp envy x360 15m-ds0023dx (360 convertible)
Things I did to get rid of above error:
1. Disabled legacy support from BIOS and restarted (worked for few hours followed by the same error)
2. Ran the hard disk test and it said No hard drive installed. Please check the power ba data cables are connected properly.
I think that my hard disk has been crashed so need your help with following:
1. Now I want to upgrade to SSD, I am from India and want to know the some compatible SSD options, etc.
2. Help me with the further steps of installation of SSD, installation of windows 10 on the same.
3. I don't have any backup, so is there any chance of recovery of data.
4. Can I reuse the same windows 10 product key for clean new installation.
PS: Laptop is in Warranty. I have purchased Laptop from USA and now i am in india. Hp support told me that your device doesn't support in India.I am attaching some screenshots for your reference.

Welcome to HP Community
I have gone through your Post and would like to help
The Notebook supports the following SSD drives
Link: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06267280
You will need the HP Recovery Media to Reload the Windows
Regarding the Backup you need to check with a local computer store
You will not need any Product Key because you need to use the HP Recovery Media and you won't be prompted for a Product Key
Thank you

You can use any 256 GB PCIe NVME SSD Drive of any brand.
You can purchase those either from computer stores or on 3rd party websites like Amazon, eBay etc
Thank you

@Avesh753 Well, it's a 500GB SSD, and the one recommended by the last tech was 256GB, that may or may not work, you could give that a shot,
In my personal opinion, please check with a local tech store before upgrading the same.
Note: I must let you know that HP does not recommend upgrades or hardware changes as the device is equipped with parts that perform at its optimal performance by design, that said, the upgradeable parts listed by HP articles are purely for your ease, as the decision to upgrade will be at your own discretion.
If you wish to thank me for my efforts, you could click on "Accept as solution" on my post as the solution should help others too.

@Avesh753 I went through the details again and yes, you are right, the laptop was shipped with 512 GB and the replacement of the same, it should work fine,
Although, you could contact a local tech just to be on a safer side, as suggested before.
Good luck!
