I would suppose you are looking for your Windows Product Number?   Evidently, you mean 9 months ago?

If you go to the Control Panel and click on  Systems, it will tell you all about your computer and give you the Windows Product ID.   That might help you when you call HP support and give them the install date and the ID number.

If you don't know how to find the Control Panel, type it in the search bar to the bottom right of your computer and it will bring it up...then click on System..   Hope this helps...or maybe someone else has suggestions too.
