Hey! My 2 in 1 HP laptop is a nightmare to be honest since I bought it. It won't let me do anything due to memory and I have bought a potable hard drive to help but when I try and back up it keeps telling me no usable drives found. So I have no clue what to do! I feel like I have thrown over £200 in the bin as cant use it. Please help. Thanks

Its an 11 inch HP Stream with a 32 gig eMMC storage disk and not a regular hard drive. I asked about Windows 7 since that is posted in the information on your initial question and I thought that might not be correct. What is it exactly you are trying to do?

I am trying to just use the thing lol, it constantly tells me to back up even though not much to back up except for a couple of essays! so I bought a hard drive to put them on and back up so I can restore to start again but it doesn't recognise it. it says in control panel my devices that there's no problem and its on there but it won't let me use it! I went to currys and they said that they have been built with to low a memory to handle windows which makes no sense to me. so im lost as what to do now
