i have the intel core i5 1035g1 cpu

any solutions? im not experiencing anything odd, jus wanna know if its normal

it says intel(R) core(TM) i5-1035gi CPU @ 1.00GHz   1.19GHZ when i right click bottom left windows icon and click system

I think you're opening the About page under Windows Settings.

That shows the base clock of your CPU but not the turbo boost speed.

This is how my PCs are displayed also.

If you press Ctrl/Alt/Del to  open the Task Manager, under the Performance tab you will see the actual speed your CPU is currently running at.

Is this what you needed to know?

one last question, since i installed the graphics from the intel website (im not sure if it did it before or not) but when i press {windows key + G} it opens up the xbox game bar and my GPU is working at 0% while playing games, is this normal

Ive heard of a few others with integrated graphics have that problem with Game Bar also. I'm not sure of a solution. I would trust the Task Manager for a more accurate analysis anyways.
