so i got a new laptop a few days ago and up to this moment it seems to run well, i updated the graphics card thru intel's website alone with other drivers, and its advertised that my boost speed will be 3.60 and its stuck at 1.19
i have the intel core i5 1035g1 cpu
any solutions? im not experiencing anything odd, jus wanna know if its normal
it says intel(R) core(TM) i5-1035gi CPU @ 1.00GHz 1.19GHZ when i right click bottom left windows icon and click system
it should say 1.00GHz 3.60GHz

I think you're opening the About page under Windows Settings.
That shows the base clock of your CPU but not the turbo boost speed.
This is how my PCs are displayed also.
If you press Ctrl/Alt/Del to open the Task Manager, under the Performance tab you will see the actual speed your CPU is currently running at.
Is this what you needed to know?
