Hi @SariEmin,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

That sounds incredibly frustrating—imagine expecting your HP Victus Gaming 16-r0001nt to keep up with your gameplay or work, only to find it refusing to charge unless it’s powered off. I can only imagine how annoying it must be to watch the battery drain while you're using it, knowing it won't recharge until you shut everything down. Let’s work together to figure this out and get your laptop back to running smoothly.

Before we move on to advanced troubleshooting, let's start with a BIOS Restore while keeping the charger plugged directly into a wall outlet,

BIOS Restore:
1) Shutdown the computer, keep the  charger plugged

2) Hold down the Windows and B button together while the computer is still turned off.

3) Turn on the computer and continue to hold the Windows and B button until a BIOS Recovery screen appears.

4) Follow on-screen instructions and click on OK

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
