I would like to get the free upgrade to Window 10 but my Chromebook only equips 20 GB drive. How can I replace my drive to bigger size ?

Sorry, but your post is confusing.
Chromebooks run the Chrome OS from Google and are not eligible for Win10 upgrades.

Hi, the Stream 11 has a 32 GB eMMC storage device soldered to the main board and it is not upgradeable. You can add an additional USB drive or SD drive to complete the upgrade to Windows 10. You can also create a recovery USB for Windows 8.1, restore from it and you will have enough room to upgrade to 10. There are some additional instructions here.
