Product: HP Notebook - 15 -ba010au
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Recently my notebook charges only when power is off.Earlier it charged 100% .Now charging freezes at 71%.

And it automatically shutdowns at 22%.

There's no any error massages as "plugged in not charging".What can I do ?
