i reset the my notebook recently, after the reset the notebook it is not toggle to tablet mode and if flip the screen to tablet mode then keyboard also not lock. try every thing window update, reinstall the all driver for hp utility and from the website, but my problem is still. and i also find in device manger there is unknow device error display i try it to update but it not updated by the windows. plz help me some body. told me which driver, have to download to solve this trouble.

As you mentioned you don't see the rotation settings in registry editor to change on your PC.

 

Try updating Intel Integrated Sensor Solution Driver and check if that helps.

Also, try changing few settings: 

Open Settings App and go to System > Display.
Find Orientation and choose Portrait from the menu.
Your device should automatically switch to portrait mode.

Go to Control Panel> Display>Change Display Settings and then make sure that the "Allow the screen to auto-rotate" is selected

 

If the issue still persists try performing a complete system recovery on your PC and check if it helps.

I understand you have auto rotate issues with your laptop after the reset.

 

Don't worry I'll try to help you out.

 

Did you make any software or hardware changes on your PC?

 

Please provide the product number of your PC to assist you better.

 

As you mentioned you have auto rotate issues with your laptop after the reset.

 

You can try updating Intel Integrated Sensor Solution Driver and BIOS on your PC and check if that helps.

 

Update the Intel Integrated Sensor Solution Driver from this link.

 

Also, You can update the drivers using HP support assistant.

 

Refer this article to know more information about using HP support assistant.

 

Also, try changing few settings: 

Open Settings App and go to System > Display.

as today my system update window 10 version 1709. and the you want to know about my pc product number is T0Y58PA#ACJ.

 

well i tried every thing which you think like to update bios try to reinstall the driver by hp app installed in pc and then manually download the drivers from hp website but the problem is still. 

 

i found the one new thing in update window - in setting -> system -> tablet mode there is no any enable/disable button. there is just two list box first is for "when is sign" and second is for" switch related choice".

 

i try every thing to flip screen but the problem is still same with my laptop. and my pc warrenty is expire so customer care cant support to me.

As you mentioned the issue still persists after trying out the steps.

 

Try the steps recommended below.

 

Press Windows + r


Write regedit in the search box.
 
Search HKLM / software / policies / microsoft / windows / locationsAndSensors /
 
Verify that all are zero (0); If they are not, change them to zero (0)

 

Also, try the steps recommended below.

 

1. Press Windows key + R, then type in devmgmt.msc and press Enter.
2. On the Device Manager window, expand the Sensors section.
3. Right-click on HID Sensor Collection V2, then select Properties and check if it's enabled.
 

 

If the issue still persists try updating the BIOS on your PC and check if it helps.

hello sir,

first thing thank u very much for help to me. 

 

i tried all thing about your way but in my pc there is not such a place like 

 

 HKLM / software / policies / microsoft / windows / locationsAndSensors /

and
