I don't know what you mean by 'access the medium,' but the reason your notebook's serial number does not help is because HP has retired support for your notebook.

 

So, if you are looking for drivers there aren't any available from HP anymore.

 

HP Pavilion x2 - 10-n126nf (ENERGY STAR) Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Support

 

I could not find a 3rd party driver site for your notebook's model series, but the drivers from this model series from this reputable 3rd party driver site should work for your notebook too:

 

HP Pavilion x2 - 10-n000na drivers
