Device: Victus by HP Laptop 16-d1047nt (68P32EA)
I recently installed a Kingston Renegade 2TB NVMe SSD in the top slot, while the bottom slot still has the original 500GB NVMe SSD that came with the laptop. However, when I install the new SSD, my GPU crashes, causing a VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR.
This issue is not related to the GPU driver, as I have tried installing more than ten different drivers. I have tested the SSD individually in both PCIe 3.0 and PCIe 4.0 slots, but the crash still occurs. Additionally, the issue persists when both SSDs are installed together.
I have updated my BIOS to the latest F.18 Rev.A version. The laptop is running on maximum performance mode, and I checked the Kingston SSD Manager, but there are no firmware updates available. Graphics card crashes in Windows 10 and Windows 11.
Unfortunately, the Advanced section of the BIOS is locked, limiting the changes I can make. Given these constraints, how can I resolve this issue?
