How about rephrasing  that into a few sentences that will be more easily understood.

You are the king of run on sentences.

More explicit, simple clear descriptions of exactly what you did in the BIOS will help.

Is English your second or third language?

Is the Windows OS a fresh installation or a clone from the original disk?

If it is a clone, you should not have had to make any boot device changes.

Its a fresh installation but question if theres no way i can fix it can i get a usb drive and like boot off a usb in my pc to play games?

Did you make the installation to the Hynix SSD by way of a tool like RUFUS or HP Cloud recovery?

Is it an MBR or a GPT disk?

The fresh OS installation should have nothing to do with how fast your game plays.

That would be a separate issue having to do with the video solution, amount of memory installed, processor capability and resolution chosen  in the game settings.

How close to the 256GB storage capacity is the Hynix disk?

I am curious as to why you made the change to the Boot settings if the Hynix SSD is the one that your PC was delivered with.

Running it from a USB stick with an OS on it would be definitely slower than what you are experiencing now. SSD disks are considerably faster than USB flash drives.

Is English your native language?  Please do not take offense, there is none meant. I am asking because I am just curious. I have noticed there is a lack of sentence structure and no use of punctuation in the way that you communicate in written English.
