Since the warrenty of my laptop is gone, I was wondering if it would be a good idea to overclock my laptop?
I wasn't really sure and I don't know an awful lot about computers (I do know some basic things, more than the average person), but the embedded CPU is a core m3-6y30 @ 0,90 GHz. On intel's site it says it is possible to overclock it up to 2,2GHz. Of course, I don't want to go up all the way, jut a little, but I read that laptops don't have very good cooling systems resulting in problems with overheating. Also, HP might limit the maximum capibilities of the core (overclocking)? I wouldn't have a clue, so could anybody tell me more about this?
Thanks!

Yes the MAIN concern is Temperature.
My CPU default is 2.4.
With just a little tweak I get up to 2.78.
I know I could go further but that's all I needed.
My temp went from 64c to 72c.
Like me try to increase it to what works for you but does not increase the temp that much.
