i have a gtx 850m 4gb (2000mhz memory clock model) what i am asking is is it safe to overclock my gtx a little bit like +135mhz core clock and +200mhz memory clock
keep in mind that before i ask i checked the temps and the system stability and its pretty cool actually so no heating issues no system stability issues
and please i have heard from tons of people that it would be harmful to overclock my vga not because it generates issues but because the whole idea is bad so if that is really the answer please try to give me a hint why is this a bad idea
thanks in advance

Its a great idea. Ignore all those naysayers. Go for it I say. Its your laptop. Seriously, its a bad idea. Its a consumer laptop and everything is set to run as designed not to be overclocked. You will overheat and a couple months down the road, fry the video card. 'Nuff said.
