so im trying to over clock my laptop and i have tryed msi overclock but its not compatible and i have tryed amd overclock master something like that does anyone have a way to over clock HP Pavilion 15

The pavilion line is not designed to be overclocked -- which is why none of the HP overclocking utilities are going to work on it.
If you force that using third-party utilities, you risk damaging the processor due to overheating and you will void the warranty in the process.
Your best bet is to leave it alone. If you wanted a faster processor, you should have bought a higher-end laptop.
