Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Can anyone explain why I can't get replacement parts for a 3-year-old laptop? When shopping for parts ( particularly battery, but not limited to ) I have found that 90 % of parts are no longer available.

Is this typical of HP or something else ?

Kindly call HP Online Store for more support options regarding the a battery replacement that you want to purchase.

1888-999-4747. They are open from Monday - Friday at 9:00AM to 5:00pm EST

Sorry for the late reply. I'm just wondering, where did you purchased the computer?

If the computer was purchased from Australia, you should be looking for HP Australia support. They will be the one to provide further assistance. The number I gave you is a US Based support.
