Product: HP Pavilion Gaming 15-dk2000 Laptop PC (2P1Z8AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I purchased 2 ram modules with the 3200mhz/3200mt and the pc seems to only run them at 2667 despite them both being 3200. There is no advanced bios options to manipulate the ram values. How do I get this sorted?

I'm afraid the machine is designed to run the memory at -2666 speed. See the Service manual:

 

Manual 

 

HP installs memory that runs at the fastest speed the motherboard can operate at. There are no advanced BIOS that allow any adjustment to these values.

The laptop manual you posted is for an older gen laptop the DK0000 series this is the DK2012ni with 11th gen intel. It ships with 3200mhz ram
