Hi:

Your notebook is not supported by HP to run W10.

The issue you have is that there are no W10 drivers for the specialized AMD/Intel switchable graphics adapters your notebook comes with.

This is the only W7 you should install for the graphics...Never install the standalone Intel graphics driver or allow Windows update to install one.

This one driver installs both the Intel and AMD GPU's.

If you continue to have issues, most likely the AMD GPU has become damaged from excessive heat.

Replacing the motherboard would be your only option in that case.

thanks for your guiding me.

does my laptop has a switchable gpu...??

it has 2 cards, intel driver got installed successfully, but when ATI driver starts installing, the laptop got hanged on black screen.

what the problem behined this issuse...???

HP Recommended

You're very welcome.

As I wrote yesterday, if that driver I posted is not installing the AMD graphics adapter, most likely the GPU has been damaged from excessive heat.  This happens over time and unfortunately, the only solution would be to replace the motherboard, and that is not worth the money, time or effort required to keep an old PC like that one running.

can only the AMD graphic card be replaced or not...???

HP Recommended

No.

There are no removable, replaceable or upgradable graphics cards in your notebook.

The two GPU's are soldered and integrated onto the motherboard, which is why you have to replace the whole motherboard in order to fix the graphics problem.

thanks for your guidence...
