I purchased a 17" laptop for $900 at Best Buy 5 weeks ago. The most used keyboard letters "a,s,e,f,t,i,etc" are already too worn to read. HP customer service told me it was Best Buy's responsibility and Best Buy said it was HP's problem to fix.
Is there anything I can do other than put letter stickers on the keyboard?
