is there any can help me to get the services team head's email id or contact details as I'm facing big trouble from HP services tech desk.
i never experienced such bad service from nowhere in my lifetime. its ridiculous experience that i encountered and till now its not sorted.
Its all about my lap I7 Lap which is under warranty and having lot of trouble with touch pad and unit, they had taken to repair centerer and changed the motherboard and ssd and all then return to me but i do face the same situation and they agreed to take my laptop back for another repair and last three time they arranged the collection but nobody turn and today someone came to collect the unit but he refused the collection as there was no collection label / box generated to perform his duty.. I'm so frustrated with whole services from HP.
looking forward to have someone's help to fix my situation, please-
