I have a HP Envy Laptop 17.3 touch screen (Model CG1075CL I believe) the right-side hinge is possibly broken and the screen is cracked in the corner. I have had this laptop less than two years. It has not been dropped or mishandled in any way. I have noticed the screws in the back are loose. The screw on this particular side cannot be tightened. It continues to turn on that side. All others CAN be tightened thus far. Please advise on that to do.
