I am wondering if I am able to install a GT 1030 which has 30w with my 180w power supply. My processor is a AMD A10-9700 RADEON R7.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to know whether you can install GT1030 graphics card on the computer with a 180W power supply.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
The recommended power supply for the GT1030 graphics card is 300W. You need to upgrade the power supply on the computer if you wish to install the graphics card.
Refer to the below link for the graphics card specifications.

I hope that answers your question and you have a great day!
