Hello
Can someone help me with my problem please. I just purchased HP Probook 450 G3 with 4GB ram as standard. However i did buy KIngston 2x8GB PC3-12800 CL11 memory modules. Now the problem is when I put them both or any of them the machine just flashes caps lock and numlock keys and wont boot. My question is did i ordered the worng ram and if i did which ram i have to look for?
