Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

Hello, i got this error message and after that, the laptop shut down. If i start the laptop, IT will stay only LEDs thank a Minute on. What kind of battery ist the primary internal battery and where can i purchase a new one? Thank you!

This is the part number:

 

(19) 4 cell, 41-Wh, 2.8-Ah, Li-ion battery 728460-001

 

This is an external clip in and clip out battery so no need for instructions.

We would need to know the exact model of the laptop and then we can tell you exactly where to buy one and how to install it if its internal.
