Hi @nadeem1234,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
Thanks for the detailed explanation. Based on everything you've described, your HP Laser MFP 135w seems to be experiencing a complex hardware issue, likely involving:
What This Likely Means
- The fuser unit may have been damaged when the paper was forcibly removed.
- The logic board might not be supplying power to the fuser (especially if it’s not warming up).
- Sensor misalignment or damage could also be contributing to the persistent errors.
Recommended Next Steps
- Inspect the Fuser Unit:
- Check for any visible damage, burn marks, or loose connections.
- If the fuser isn’t heating, it may need to be replaced.
- Check the Thermistor and Thermostat:
- These are safety components that regulate fuser temperature.
- If either is faulty, the printer will not allow the fuser to heat.
- Use the Original Logic Board:
- Swapping logic boards can cause firmware mismatches and error codes.
- Reinstall the original board and ensure the firmware matches the printer model.
I hope this helps.
Take care, and have an amazing day!
