Hi @willwen,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding HP DeskJet 3755 All-in-One Printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Check Printer Connections:

  • Ensure that the printer is properly connected to the computer via USB if you're not using WiFi.
  • Check the cable for any damages or loose connections.

Confirm Driver Installation:

  • Verify that the correct printer driver is installed on your computer. You can reinstall the driver from HP's official website or use the HP Smart App for a guided installation process.

Verify Print Queue:

  • Open the print queue on your computer to ensure no jobs are stuck in the queue. Cancel all print jobs and try printing again.

Run Printhead Cleaning:

  • Use the printer's embedded software to perform a printhead cleaning. This option is usually found in the printer settings menu on your computer.

Paper and Ink Check:

  • Double-check that the paper is correctly loaded and that there is sufficient ink in the cartridges. You can also run a diagnostic to check ink levels.

Check for Pending Errors:

  • Look at the printer’s control panel for any error messages that might indicate a problem with the printer hardware such as jams or misaligned cartridges.

Firmware Update:

  • Ensure that the printer’s firmware is up-to-date. You can check for updates through HP's website or via the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool.

I hope this helps.
