HP Recommended

Good afternoon, I have an HP Elite x2 1012 G1 Tablet with Travel Keyboard Base, product code N4E62AV. The problem I'm having with this tablet is that the dock that comes with the tablet, including the touchscreen and keyboard, wasn't working. Even the Caps Lock LED wasn't lighting up. I checked the drivers and couldn't find them. I tried reinstalling them, but it still didn't work. Then, I tried resetting the BIOS to factory settings in case it was a BIOS issue. Since doing that, I've been getting this screen, and the system won't boot. I've tried connecting an external USB keyboard, but it's not recognized. I also tried updating the BIOS using a USB drive I created with the BIOS downloaded from the HP website. I downloaded the BIOS file for my tablet model, and it won't let me update. As soon as I turn it on, I get the same screen I'm showing. I imagine the keyboard/touch dock is broken and I'll have to replace it, but I need to be able to restore the boot process so I can at least continue using the tablet with the touchscreen. What can I do? Thank you very much. Best regards.
