problem in colors customization in hp omen 17

hello community I have a problem with the color customization    on OMENcommand center 

when I chose the color blue it gives me green and when I chose white it gives me light yellow and the list goes on   

what should I do   ??

it used to work well before now I tried to change the light and it's not working properly
