Product: HP 240 G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (32-bit)

I am disassembling the laptop to upgrade the memory.

 

I have tried to follow the instructions in the HP maintenance manual but cannot find out how to detach the keyboard cable.

 

The instructions say:  Lift the ZIF connector but I cannot see how to do this.  Any help would be welcome. Thank you. Here is a picture of the connection:
