HP 17 Laptop PC 17-cp3000 (799U9AV)

Original module: SK HYNIX 1Rx16 PC4 - 3200AA - SC0 - 13 (HMA1GS6CJR6N - XN N0 AC 2237)

Tried new module: SP032GBSFU320X02 DDR4 - 3200 CL22 32GB 23006995 - 02

1. System see normal 64GB, no problem with this.

2. On new module 1time daily bsod, ok fine, no problem for me.

3. After few days, tried second time run computer but every time BSOD, tried maybe 10times.

4. Back to original module & no problem

QUESTION:
1. Those memory was broken?

2. Do i must use special RAM module? ex. 1Rx16 or one side modules ram (maybe same to 1Rx16)

The latency (CL=22) is the same but the 32 gig modules are low density and the 8 gb original models are high density. The replacement modules may in fact have a problem. Have you tried running a memory diagnostic on them? I generally advise people to stick with a well-known OEM brand like Samsung, Hynix or Crucial on HP notebooks as they are known to be finicky about memory.

no problem in diagnostic, i sent them back

& looking for memory with less modules count
