Hello, 

I have problems with keyboard keys on my laptop keyboard. Its about keys "i" and number 8. With all other keys I dont have any problems. I was tought that this is about filter keys, but it is not. Sometimes its work without any problems, but sometimes I have big problems with this 2 characters (2 keys "i" and number "8"). What to do?

I suggest you run a Keyboard Test to confirm the Hardware Functionality

 

- Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.
- Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. 
- When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
- On the main menu, click Component Tests and Keyboard
