Hi @DrShaymaa,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand your HP Wireless Rechargeable MPP2.0 Tilt Pen seems faulty or is not working with your HP Spectre laptop. Follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

Charge the Pen: First, ensure that your pen is charged. Attach the pen to the magnetic pen attachment and charger area located over the two microphones on your HP Spectre Foldable PC. The LED indicator will show the charging status:

  • Blinking amber: Battery is low.

  • Static amber: Pen is charging.

  • Off: Pen is fully charged.

Location for Charging: Make sure you are placing the pen correctly in the designated charging area. It must be placed on the magnetic pen attachment and charger area, which is usually located over the two microphones.

Verify Connection: If you have just attached the pen to the charger and it won’t work, let it charge completely before attempting further use.

Reset Device: Sometimes a simple restart of your PC can resolve connectivity issues. Make sure the PC recognizes the pen by restarting your device.

Check Software and Drivers:

I hope this will help.

Take care and have a good day.
