HP Spectre x360 - 13-ap0003ns

Hi, I have a HP Spectre x360 Convertible.

I've  been having issues with the keyboard and the touch screen, that sometimes work and sometimes don't. The keyboard is working in the startup menu, but then fail when Windows loads.

I run the HP hardware diagnosis and the keyboard test was not passed.

I also updated allkeyboard drivers.

I don't know what else to do!

I have the very same Spectre laptop model. I ran into weird issues after an update two days ago.  I did not have firmware issues as you did .

What I did was to go into settings and roll back the last two updates by using an older restore point. After that I  paused Windows updates.

I did notice that our Spectre x360-ap0000 laptops no longer have Windows 11 support.

In your case, I suggest plugging in a USB wired keyboard and then starting the notebook and then use Windows Restore as I did and then restart the laptop.

Don't forget to pause Windows updates.

Go to a restore point before the problem began.
